About Us

Home for All StAges (H-FAS) is here to help you, your parents, or other loved ones live your best “home” lives at any age and any stage. Relax and stay in your home, in your style, or find a home that fits you.

Our Mission
Through clear concise communication, Home for All StAges connects you to consumer-recommended services, products, and communities. By offering these resources, H-FAS will help you help your parents, other loved ones, or yourself continue living in a current home or find an environment that accommodates your needs. We achieve this through a variety of information sources including, but not limited to, recommendations and reviews from site visitors, personal stories, online interactive training, articles, books, and tips from experts.

You can trust that HomeforAllStAges.com will:

  • Provide true and honest communication,
  • Be proactive and responsive in meeting your needs, and
  • Promote companies that have pledged honesty, fairness, and their desire to provide the best possible products and services.

Consumer recommendations and reviews form the foundation of HomeforAllStages.com.

The recommendations are shared by consumers who have been where you are. Services, products, and communities must be recommended before they can be posted on the site. Those recommendations must come from consumers who are not affiliated with the provider.

Once recommendations are posted, any consumer who uses a resource can post reviews about the quality of service, product, or the community. You and other consumers who use recommended resources can pay it forward by posting reviews as a way of praising good resources and making others aware of any issue you may have had. This provides everyone with an ongoing means of sharing and monitoring together.

Visit often.  Submit recommendations and reviews. Learn from and with us.

About Bonnie Davis, MS, MBA, and Founder of Home for All StAges

Bonnie Davis is a 50+ Housing Advisor, Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®. She is a charter member of the Metro Atlanta [Georgia] Chapter of the National Aging in Place Council and serves on the Lifelong DeKalb [Georgia] Steering Committee. She is also a member of the National Council on Aging (NCOA) and Southface Energy Institute (Southface).

For Bonnie, Home for All StAges has very personal meaning. Bonnie grasped the need for adaptable housing at an early age when she was confined to living on one level of her home during a personal illnes. It was a major learning and turning point for her. She began to study housing design, energy efficient home construction, universal design, and home and community design for mature lifestyles and for aging in place. In addition, she gained heart-felt insight while helping to care for her terminally ill mother in a distant city and later while helping an older sibling downsize and move to a continuing care retirement community.

Born with the gift of empathy, Bonnie naturally and easily walks in the shoes of others and has a special affinity for seniors. Bonnie volunteers with various senior organizations and is a frequent speaker and trainer on homes, housing, and communities that accommodate aging in place.

On any spring, summer, or fall afternoon, you may find Bonnie sitting on the front porch of her 89-year-old, very independent, neighbor’s home. Through him, Bonnie sees clearly the need for community support as we grow older. For that reason, Home for All StAges looks beyond individual houses to the surrounding community to pinpoint supports and various housing options.

Home for All StAges also benefits from Bonnie’s more than 20 years experience in communication and information technology where she worked as an employee or consultant/contractor with companies such as Atlanta Gas Light Company, AT&T, BellSouth, Cingular, Ceridian Corporation, Chilton Publishing Company, Cox Communications, Geac Computer Corporation, Georgia Power Company, The Home Depot, Infor, Procter and Gamble, and Southern Company Services.

Bonnie’s academic background includes a BA from Villanova University, an MS from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from Georgia State University.
